Creating Your Hour of Power!


How would you like to make yourself much more efficient? What about making yourself happier, too?

And what if you could make yourself considerably healthier? Or at one with the Universe?

Well, you can! What you need is an “Hour of Power.”




So, what on Earth is an Hour of Power?



• Read inspiring books

• Watch inspiring videos on YouTube

• Meditate

• Pray

• Run

• Do Yoga, Tai Chi or Chi Gung

• Write or speak affirmations.

• Do visualisation exercises

• Tune in to your inner guidance

• Sing – especially mantras or toning.

• Dance

• Go for a walk in Nature




You don’t have to do the same thing for an hour. So you could do 15 minutes of Yoga, 15 minutes of meditation, run for 20 minutes and then spend 10 minutes sending Reiki. Or read for 20 minutes, pray for 20 minutes and walk for 20 minutes. And you don’t have to do the same thing every day. If you’re under the weather, for example, with a blocked up nose, meditation might be hard to focus on. So watch something inspiring on YouTube instead or read an uplifting book.



But you do have to do something every day, once you’ve made the commitment. Can’t find the time? Half an hour is 2% of your day. Surely, the world could cope with just 98% of your energy? An hour is just 4% of your day. Again, your family, friends and boss can cope with 96% of you! And if they can’t, it might be an indicator that you need to practise saying NO a bit more often!



What are the advantages? Even 15 minutes a day of exercise will make you healthier. 15 minutes a day of meditation will calm your mind down and let you work with greater clarity and focus, so that you get more done in the time. 15 minutes of inspiration a day gives you a tremendous energy boost, ensuring you start out every day psychically powered up against life’s frustrations and annoyances. Stuff just doesn’t get to you so much – you can smile and let go more easily. And all of it will help you feel more centred, grounded and connected.
